fast internet speed (due to “bit pipe”). There are many features
which will be available in 3G mobiles like Video conferencing
and music downloading. These entirely new features in mobiles
are called “Freedom Of mobile Multimedia Access (FOMA).
Nowadays most of the mobiles are
communicating with each other with the speed of 14.4 KBPS. With
this speed it’s almost impossible to have good video
conferencing and good internet surfing speed. 3G technology will
be communicating at the speed of 144KBPS – 2MBPS. With 3G speed
one can have good internet surfing speed and can have nice video
conferencing. But all of this is not going to happen all of a
sudden. 3G is like an evolution and this will happen with the
passage of time. This 3G technology is available in TOKYO and in
an area of 20 miles around TOKYO.
This 3G technology is really very fascinating and is expected to
change the entire mobile technology and make it more fun for its
