Use of Wires :-
Just look at your mouse for a moment, you
will notice a wire going from your mouse to your Pc. Similar is
the case with your keyboard, its connected to your Pc via wire.
After seeing all these wires a question arises in ones mind
“what is the use of these wires”.
Basically the use of the wire is to
transport the data or instructions to your Pc. In real life
different people use different means of transportation, some use
busses, some use taxis and some have there personal cars for
transportation from one place to other. Wires are just like
these busses and taxis. And the data carried by these wires are
like humans traveling from one place to other.
Wires have become a bane nowadays in offices. Whenever a small
network is required then there are lots of wires with the
network for the proper functioning of the network. Much time is
spent in figuring out which wire goes where and what is
connected via which wire. So Bluetooth is like replacement for
these wires.
Bluetooth Replacing Wires :-
Bluetooth is basically a low-power radio
wireless communication which links different devices like phones
laptops printers over a short distance (not more than 10
meters). Imagine that your headset is connected with your mobile
without a cord going from your headset to your mobile. Your
Laptop can be connected to a network with the help of Bluetooth
and you can easily surf the net.
Bluetooth in Mobiles :-
Many of the mobiles coming nowadays have Bluetooth technology in
them. Imagine that you take a photograph of your friend with
your mobile and now your want to send that photo on his mobile.
All you need to do is turn on your Bluetooth and send him the
specific picture.
How to use Bluetooth :-
1. Turn on Bluetooth
All you have to do is first search Bluetooth in your mobile
device. In most of NOKIA mobiles this Bluetooth feature is
mostly in connectivity folder and this connectivity folder is in
your main menu. Once your have found location of Bluetooth in
your mobile set then all you need to do is to “TURN ON” the
Bluetooth. And now you are ready to receive the data from other
device.
2. Send a file using Bluetooth
Go
to that file which you want to send to other device using
Bluetooth. Then go in option and go to send. A small submenu
will be there once you have reached send. Select send via
Bluetooth. If your Bluetooth is turn off then it your mobile
will prompt if you want to turn on the Bluetooth device. Once
your Bluetooth is “turned on” then your mobile device will be
searching for other Bluetooth device. Your mobile will now
generate a list of active Bluetooth device. Select your
destination device and your Bluetooth will send the data file to
other device. Remember you can only send data from Bluetooth if
and only if you have Bluetooth feature in other device also
which you are trying to access.
